PDF.js reads text and renders selected pages in logical order. Tesseract recognizes prepared images locally from same-origin engine assets. Source bytes and recovered text are not uploaded.
Package C handoff boundary
PDF.js and Tesseract output remains review-required working text. A transfer is stored only in sessionStorage, expires after 15 minutes, validates the original source and checksum, is restricted to one intended destination, and is consumed once. It cannot accept facts or update accepted VMC state.
