Accessibility is a release requirement, not a finishing step.
Veteran Mission Control is being built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated protections and regression checks are active now. Keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and device testing remain explicit manual gates before production approval.

Record the manual release evidence
The browser-local evidence workspace ties route, screen-reader, keyboard, touch, viewport, and zoom results to an identified release candidate. It cannot report the manual gate complete while any required check is missing, failed, or blocked.

A static build cannot certify NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard-only operation, or physical-device behavior. These entries intentionally remain open until a human test is documented against the release candidate.

The shipped visual system contains original VMC mission artwork and the product-owner supplied canonical six-branch symbol sprite. Public visibility or downloadability does not itself establish unrestricted commercial permission for a Military Service mark.

VMC remains an independent King Holdings tool and does not claim Department of Defense, Military Service, or Department of Veterans Affairs affiliation or endorsement. The product owner must verify any permission or licensing required for public or commercial display of supplied service marks. Reviewed DVIDS photographs remain unshipped source candidates.
